Had a screw in my tire, luckily turned out to be very small. Hanlon's removed it in less than 20 minutes and didn't charge me since there was no tire damage. Great customer service and will be back anytime I have an issue.

These guys are great. I needed my wheels balanced due to vibration on the freeway. Called on a Saturday morning asking if it could be done now and they delivered with flying colors. I was out of there in less than an hour. Car rides smooth now.

We've been going to Hanlon's for any tire related issues for years. They still impress me with their fast service, and friendliness. I went in with a tire that needed a patch, without an appointment, and I was in and out in 35 minutes. I listened as the staff helped another customer get his tire covered by a warranty, and as they handled customer's phone calls. Hanlon's staff really makes me feel comfortable, the prices are good, and they don't bs you. Ladies, if going to take care of car issues is stressful for you, please know that the folks at Hanlon's are legit and helpful, and will listen and treat you respectfully.

Got a total flat tire right off 101 30 minutes before I needed to get to a dental appointment. They were exceptionally fast, replaced the tire within 15 minutes and were so kind about it. Sitting for my appointment right now! Highly recommend.

This morning on 11/21/25, a coworker and I came with her Tesla with a minor flat tire repair and this older white man said that he could help us. As soon as he saw it was a Tesla he asked if the tires were the original Tesla tires, she replied no I got these at Costco. He then says that Costco puts original Tesla tires on and that Tesla tires have some special foam inside. My coworker explained to me that this wasn’t her first flat and that no other place had said that to her, the place just fixed it. We both came to the conclusion that he was prejudice. I’m a black man and she’s a Vietnamese woman. We work in the area and just needed a flat fix. It’s sad that there are people like that man still working and dealing with the public.

Got a flat tire nearby and drove it over to replace and install a new tire. The frontdesk people were friendly and easy to communicate with on the phone and in person. They said they would finish the the job in 20min and they stayed true to their word. Would highly recommend!

I've been meaning to write a review for this place - a little over a month ago I got a flat tire, a day before our drive from bay area to Los Angeles. Oh well, things happen, so I came here to get it patched. When it was done, I noticed my mud flaps were detached from my car, which was strange and wouldn't have happened if they jacked the car up properly. Whatever, I put the mud flaps back on and looked forward to our road trip the next day... Next day comes along, we're halfway on highway 5 and I started to hear loud noises coming from the suspension. I was worried I would be stranded there with my family but luckily got to LA safely and went to another mechanic. They told me my control arms were destroyed and the fix costed me $2200, the same side of the control arms where I got my tire patched... Of course I had to get it repaired to drive back safely but this wouldn't have happened if Hanlons couldn't simply find the right jack point. A simple tire repair ended up becoming a hefty price for me to pay.

Took my car to get the tires replaced and they did a great job, had the car back to me in a few hours, price was reasonable.

Had tires installed and alignment they called me to my truck said I needed new ball joint they had a big pry bar moving ball joint of course it was going to move a little bit they said shouldn't move took my truck home to Clovis to a couple tire shops said nothing wrong with ball joint so the manager at Hamlin was trying to scam me for a 700 follar ball joint replacement always went to Hamlin but completely change fo not trust them when sitting listening to other customer complaining about their bill was completely different from the estimate

The owner at this establishment is upfront and informative. I appreciate him taking time to explain and show me issues with my suspension prior to completing an alignment that would have been a waste of my money. Pricing for wheel balancing and consultation is fair.

I got a flat tire on my car, Mike and his amazing team found out that I had a nail stuck in the sidewall part so it couldn’t be patched unfortunately. He recommended me for my own safety to replace the tire. My car being a Tesla is limited to their appointment waitlist which would’ve put me out weeks for a single tire replacement plus would’ve cost so much more. Mike picked out the matching tire for me and had it shipped to the store within 24 hours! Him and his team knows safety and knows their stuff, they’ll take care of you. Fast service and has the best prices what more can you ask. 5 stars.

Went in to get my brakes bled, routine job. Tried to sell me on a new master cylinder and didn’t even bleed them all the way. Avoid

Needed a golf cart tire mounted for my properties maintenance cart. I called em and asked if they could do these small tires (other shops have told me no) they said they could and when i arrived the next day, they got it done in less than minutes. Ill be bringing all my tires here going forward, great place.

Skip these guys. Used to be good but not anymore. I had 4 tires, brakes, and struts/shocks done. He said I was buying KYB shocks for the rear. About a year later I was driving down 280 in fast lane doing 80 mph and suddenly an explosion in the back of my car and it fell. Good thing I wasn't killed!! I managed to pull off and the back of my car was hanging down with just enough clearance for the tire to spin. I slowly drove to the nearest shop I could find. They said they've never seen a shock come undone from the frame like this, the connector disintegrated. They said the shock was some no-name cheap junk. I had both rear shocks replaced $400. I went back to Hanlon's and gave them the faulty shock. He had no explanation for the cheap shock not being the KYB I paid for. They didn't apologize, or offer any money, or offer any future services to make up for this disaster. NEVER again will I go to them. BEWARE!!

Came here to align wheels after getting new tires at Costco. Was able to get it done same day without prior appointment.

Octavio was welcoming and kind. He explained everything clearly to me. He and his technicians showed me that they found two nails in my tires. They fixed it up nicely and quickly, and the price was really great. Thank you, Octavio and crew, for your great service!

I walked in and was promptly and warmly greeted by Octavio, who listened attentively to my concern and took my car in right away. He told me that he'd show me my tire before fixing it, and that they did. Upon closer inspection, they found 2 nails and asked for me to come take a look. They were honest, diligent, and professional. The wait was short, and the price was great. It's nice to get the impression that someone has your best interest in mind, and that's the impression that I got here.

First off, let me emphasize that I was super excited and was recommended Hanlon's service. I brought in 4 new wheels to install on my existing tires. I was happy with the fast service and excited about my new wheels. To my fault, I took a back angle photo of the back right tire then left. Fast forward a week and not using my truck, I washed it. When I got to my wheels, I used a sponge and car soap. I see a black oily substance and scratches on the center area of one wheel. I inspected the last 3 and find all the same marks. I called Hanlon's and they told me to send photos. I did and had to call back over 30 minutes later to get a response. I was told by Rob, "the manager", that he would get back to me on the following Monday. Of course, he didn't and I had to call back. He told me he would get back to me the next day. Tuesday, 3 days after the initial call, I am given the "he's on lunch" excuse for the second time. I called again and I'm out on hold for 13 minutes and 22 seconds. Rob proceeds to say it wasn't their fault according to an online service "specialist". I then told him I'm coming in. As I drive in, I felt the hostility of 3 of his workers surrounding my truck, probably trying to justify their work was good and it wasn't them. Rob used a flashlight and inspected a couple of the wheels and proceeded to deny it. He showed me a paper of an email of someone else's wheel that was scratched and said "see, this is how our machine would've scratched them". If you're the only shop to touch my BRAND NEW $2000 WHEELS, and there's scratches on all 4 wheels in consistent locations, how can you deny my claim? Three out of 4 boxes were sealed. Long story and you've probably moved on from my review already, but think twice before going to Hanlon's. Rob has my number and he has the opportunity to correct his mistake. However he sees fit on a settlement, I'm all ears. He mentioned "refurbish" on the phone and I'm not refurbishing my brand new wheels. Been coming here for decades but this shop has gone downhill under new ownership. Came here to have two race tires dismounted and put on new track wheels. New guy charged me to dismount the tires (which is absurd, but whatever) and then scratched one brand new custom wheel that was still in the shipping plastic when handed to them. If you have anything remotely nice, consider another shop.

Terrible Service - They Destroyed My Tire and Lied About It I got a nail in my tire with only minor air leakage, so I brought my car to to Hanlon's Tire Service expecting a simple fix. Instead, they completely destroyed my tire during the repair process, leaving a massive hole--about 7 inches long. To make matters worse, they tried to lie and blame it on a "manufacturer defect." My car is only a year old, and the tires were practically new, so that excuse was both ridiculous and dishonest. Because of their incompetence, I had to hire a tow truck to take my car to a Mercedes service center. There, I had to pay nearly $600 for a brand-new tire. After thoroughly inspecting the damaged tire, the Mercedes technicians confirmed there was absolutely no manufacturer defect--the previous repair shop had simply ruined it. Despite all this, Hanlon's Tire Service refused to take responsibility or reimburse me for the damage they caused. They promised the owner would contact me, but he never did. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and refusal to take accountability is beyond frustrating. Beware - take your car somewhere else if you value your time and money.

Absolutely terrific service from Hanlon Tire! Brought in my Ford Raptor truck here that needed some big tires. They had the best price in all the Peninsula, not only that, but also the best service. I got a sweet deal on my tires for my Raptor and the team there got me in out in an hour! Also, I was quoted over $2500 at America's Tire and the price was HALF OFF here at this place. BEST DEAL IN TOWN, cannot speak enough good things about Hanlon Tire and the team here.

They took my car for hours said it was too rusted to do a alignment and charged me $60 and did nothing.. I had someone else look at it and they said my car was okay.. They guys are are full of shit..
